Meet Liz Lai

Liz Lai is an experienced event manager with over a decade leading complex, high-volume programs across corporate, institutional, and public settings. She’s managed a wide range of events—from executive engagements and conferences to galas and large-scale public gatherings.

With leadership roles at the Calgary Stampede, BMO Centre, and post-secondary institutions, Liz is known for her calm, organized approach and strong relationship skills. She excels at aligning stakeholders, mentoring teams, and turning vision into seamless, memorable experiences through clear communication and careful attention to detail.
